Safe in San Antonio

Just landed safely in TX. Nice flight at an average speed of 470 mph.
That is about 1 mile every 7 seconds.

Airborne!

What a great experience flying mil air. From stepping foot onto the
aircraft to being airborne was 11 minutes. God willing we will be in
TX in just about three hours time. Oh and I almost forgot to mention
I did not have to take off my shoes during the security check :-)

Good AM from DC

Brisk 50 degree morn in your nation's Capitol. On a quick ride to get
the blood pumping. What will you do today? The clock is ticking. Take
care of yourself first.

My first cold.

Well. It happened, I came down with my first cold. It happened on my
1st month birthday (yesterday). Last night was a bit rough, but I got
what I needed. Not sure if mommy and daddy got what THEY needed but
who is keeping track?
Let's hope for a speedy recovery.

At George Mason University

I am attending a strategic communications course this week at GMU. It
has been a fun learning experience and a refreshing break to have a
chance to feel young again surrounded by so many "kids" as I walk
around the campus. It is hard to believe that I looked as young as
they do a d even harder to believe how much I thought I knew at that
point in my life as a college student nearly TWENTY years ago!
